Warm Chickpea Zucchini Plate

Zucchini with SaladYOU’LL NEED
  • ½ zucchini
  • 4 tbsp chickpeas
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • parsley
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • lemon juice
HOW TO PREPARE
  1. Slice zucchini and lightly cook on a dry pan or with a few drops of olive oil.
  2. Add chickpeas and warm for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Place on a plate with fresh tomato slices.
  4. Add parsley, oregano, black pepper, and lemon juice.
