Baked salmon with lemon and herbs is a simple and nutritious dinner.

YOU’LL NEED
2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
1 tsp dried herbs
salt and pepper

 

HOW TO PREPARE
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place salmon on a baking tray.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle herbs.
Bake for 15 minutes.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with roasted vegetables.
