YOU’LL NEED
- 1 large tomato
- fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice

- black pepper

- 1 boiled egg
- OR 2 tbsp yogurt
- OR small portion of lentils
HOW TO PREPARE
- Slice tomato.
- Add parsley.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add optional protein on the side.
