Very light evening plate to reduce night cravings

Tomato with Greens & LemonYOU’LL NEED
  • 1 large tomato
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • black pepper
  • OPTIONAL (choose one):
    • 1 boiled egg
    • OR 2 tbsp yogurt
    • OR small portion of lentils
HOW TO PREPARE
  1. Slice tomato.
  2. Add parsley.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Add optional protein on the side.
SERVING SUGGESTION

Eat as a light evening meal when:

  • you are not very hungry
  • you want better sleep
  • you want to avoid late overeating
