Eating is often a response, not a decision

We don’t always eat because we are hungry.
Sometimes we eat because we are tired.
Because we are overwhelmed.
Because food feels safe and familiar.

This doesn’t mean something is wrong with us.
It means our body and mind are communicating.

When we start listening instead of judging, eating slowly becomes more conscious — without pressure or shame.

Awareness changes habits more effectively than control.
