Food as a signal, not a test of being “right”

We often label food as right or wrong.
But the body experiences food differently.
For the body, food is a signal of safety or stress, a source of stability or extra load, support or challenge — depending on the moment.
The same meal can work well on one day and feel heavy or unhelpful on another.
This is not a problem, just information.
Real care for health does not begin with strict rules, but with attention to how the body responds
