When food becomes more than food

Many people with diabetes are told what to eat.
Very few are supported in how to live with food every day.
Strict rules work for a while.
Then fatigue appears.
Then cravings.
Then guilt.
This is not a lack of willpower.
It is a nervous system under pressure.

I wrote my book on diabetes to offer something different:
clear structure without rigidity,
recipes that stabilise rather than restrict,
and a way of eating that supports the body instead of fighting it.

For a short time, I’m making this book free on Kindle —
so that anyone who needs calm guidance can access it.
No promises.
No pressure.
Just support.
